He said in the first phase, services like transfer permission letter (in case of allottee, GPA, family, death, Will, court decree), re-allotment letter, mortgage permission, de-mortgage permission, building plan approval, surrender of application (e-auction) would be covered for residential and commercial properties. The remaining services would be available in the next two months.

The spokesman said the new system would ensure quick, hassle-free and transparent services without visiting the estate office concerned during the submission of application.

He said the allottee would have to visit the estate office once as per his online appointment schedule for biometric attendance and photograph.

He said the digitally signed approval documents would be available on the user ID of the allottee in a downloadable format. The entire process would be completed in four working days from the date of submission of the application.

“The business process hierarchies and timelines have been re-defined to ensure quick delivery of services. The property files are digitised and the access of electronic files is also provided on the online account of the allottee,” he said.

He said the allottees were also advised to update the password and other property details like e-mail, Aadhar linked mobile number and payments for quick and safe transactions.

“In case of missing data, the allottee will have to approach the help desk of the respective office with valid original documents for updating the data. The complete workflow of the new process is available on website www.huda.org.in and at HUDA helpline number 1800-180-3030,” he added.
