“Initially, the cellphone numbers of persons, who file more than 20 complaints at the CM Window, will be blocked. Nevertheless, if he or she continues to file complaints at the CM Window, his or her name will be blocked at the portal. The team of local eminent persons associated with the CM Window will also collect information about such persons and intimate the authority about them,” said Khattar.

The Chief Minister said three eminent persons had been associated with the portal in every Assembly segment in the state to ensure every complaint is addressed in the true manner. These persons also received feedback from the complainants about redress of their complaints.

“In all, 3.25 lakh complaints have been received at the CM Window across the state and 2.50 lakh of them have been disposed of. Similarly, 6,452 of 7,239 complaints lodged at the CM Window in Rewari have been addressed. The officers concerned have been directed to dispose of the remaining complaints at the earliest,” Khattar added.

He said the state government would soon establish a Mitrakaksh at all police stations across the state wherein a clerk would do the work pertaining to a first information report (FIR) and sections of the IPC would be added to the FIR after investigation.
