Convict, who jumped parole, arrested

Kaithal: The police have arrested a convict, who did not report back in jail after his one-week parole. Joga Singh of Hajwana village in the district confessed he wanted to kill an eyewitness in a murder case, in which he was sentenced to life. However, he could not kill him because he could not procure a weapon. After interrogation he was sent to judicial custody. oc
