Govt launched 52 new schemes in past one year, claims Khattar

Underlining his government’s commitment to root out corruption, CM Manohar Lal Khattar claimed here today that the government had implemented 52 schemes in the past one year to benefit the people of the state.

Addressing the media in the run up to the completion of one year of his government on October 26 here today, he asserted that this was perhaps the first government that had implemented so many schemes in one year.

Giving details, he said that the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana was launched in Haryana in October, 2014. Similarly, Swachh Haryana--Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, e-Pension scheme and new mining policy were launched on November 11, 2014, January 8, 2015, and in December, 2014, respectively.

The CM added that while CM Window and CM Web Portal were launched on December 25, 2014, Harsamay police web portal was launched on January 1, 2015. Similarly, Garvit Grameen Vikas Tarun Yojana and Haryana Physical Activities and Sports Policy, 2015 were launched on January 12, 2015.

To promote girl child in the state, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Programme, Sukanya Samridhi Khata Yojana and Aapki Beti Hamari Beti scheme were launched on January 22, 2015. He added that property registration through e-Disha centres began on February 3, 2015.

Khattar said the New Excise Policy, 2015 was launched on March 4, 2015. Gau Sanrakshan and Gau Samvardhan Bill, 2015 was unanimously passed by the Assembly on March 16, 2015. The Soochna Praudyogiki Saksham Gram Sachivalya was launched on April 12, 2015. The Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway project was launched on April 24, 2015.

Moving ahead with technology, e-Panchayat Samvad Seva was launched on April 26, 2015 and e-Stamp, State Resident Database, e-Disha Services, Online Birth Registration System and Biometric Attendance System were launched on May 2, 2015.

National schemes launched in the State on May 8, 2015, include Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Atal Pension Yojana. Apart from these, Samitiyon ka Online Panjikaran and Online C-Form were launched on May 27 and June 1, 2015, respectively. On June 21, 2015, Haryana celebrated International Yoga Day, and Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) was launched on June 25, 2015.

The CM added that Mhara Gaon Jagmag Gaon and Operation Muskaan schemes were launched on July 1, 2015, and Monthly Test Scheme for schools and Har Ghar Hariyali Yojana were started in the same month. Similarly, Vidhayak Adarsh Gram Yojana and Swa-prerit Adarsh Gram Yojana, Aavanti Shikayat Nivaran Forum, Haryana Kaushal Vikas Mission and Rashtriya Gokul Mission were launched on July 6, 7, 14 and 16, respectively, he added.

On August 15, Haryana ushered in the Independence Day with the new Enterprises Promotion Policy, 2015. The e-Registration, e-Payment and e-Return Filing and Thari Pension Thare Pass scheme were launched on August 4, 2015. On August 29, Women Police Stations were established in all districts of the state.

Khattar added that while the Saraswati Vikas Board was constituted on September 5, Badarpur-Mujesar Metro Rail Line was inaugurated on September 6. On October 9, 2015, e-PDS’ and e-Office schemes were launched in Haryana, he said.

The CM reiterated the state government’s commitment to increase pension for social security beneficiaries by Rs 200 from Rs 1200 to Rs 1400 per month.
