Green cycle rally leaves for Delhi

Sonepat: On its final leg, the 40-day cycle rally from Leh to Delhi undertaken by NCC cadets was today flagged off for Delhi by MDU Vice Chancellor Prof Rajbir Singh from the DCR University of Science and Technology, Murthal

Congratulating the cadets for spreading awareness among people about protection of environment and maintaining cleanliness during their journey, Prof Singh said: “A man is linked with nature soon after taking birth and it becomes his personnel responsibility to protect the natural resources.”

Col K Balaji, Col KS Puri, Lt Col RK Prashar, Lt Col Varuni, Prof Raj Kumar and Prof Sandeep Verma of MDU and other officers of NCC were present on the occasion. oc
