The Supreme Court, taking suo motu cognisance of the question paper leak in the Haryana Judicial Service (Preliminary) exam, has transferred to itself the case pending before the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

A Bench headed by CJI Dipak Misra will take up the matter on November 20.

A candidate had moved the HC, alleging she was approached by two persons a day before the examination who offered to provide her the question paper for Rs 1 crore. — TNS
