HSIIDC gets Rs 919 crore from Maruti
Chandigarh, February 15
Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC) has received payment of Rs 919 crore towards enhanced cost from Maruti Suzuki India Limited for its plot in the IMT Manesar.
Raja Sekhar Vundru, Managing Director of the HSIIDC, said this was the single ever largest payment received by the HSIIDC in the last 10 years. An additional amount of Rs 400 crore was also expected to be received from various allottees during the next 30 days. A lot of payments were pending from the allottees of plots in HSIIDC estates on account of enhanced cost announced by the various courts. — TNS
