Samajik Nyay Manch to field candidates

Rohtak, April 21

Activists of Samajik Nyay Manch (SNM) on Sunday took out a march in the city bare-chested against the BJP and the Congress parties for allegedly ignoring the interests of the backward classes.

“Both BJP and the Congress have failed to allot their ticket to this community as per their share in population. Hence, we have organised this demonstration,” Tejvir Sain, an SNM leader said, adding that the SNM had decided to field its candidate from Rohtak, Sonepat and Karnal.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
