Seven-year-old girl falls into septic tank, dies

Ambala: A seven-year-old girl, Shivani, drowned in a septic tank at Mohra village in Ambala district late Tuesday night. According to information, the girl was playing near an under-construction house when she accidentally fell into the tank. Her friends raised the alarm and informed her family members. The girl was rushed to a private hospital where she was declared brought dead. The incharge of Mohra police post said, “The girl accidentally fell into the septic tank. The body has been handed over to the family. The family members have not made any complaint.” tns
