About 110 computer operators employed on contract under the DITS started an indefinite strike in support of their demands on Sunday. The strike affected work at e-Disha centres at the tehsil level.

The computer operators are staging a dharna in Panchkula. Their demands include regularisation of jobs, merger with the Revenue Department and cancellation of FIRs registered against them in Karnal two months ago.
