Sonepat, September 4

Just a few hours before his removal from the post of HPCC president by the Congress high command today, Ashok Tanwar hit out former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda’s faction by saying that “inse mein nahin hataya jaa saktaa” (I cannot be removed by them).

While interacting with mediapersons at Jakholi village in the district on Wednesday, Tanwar alleged that instead of criticising the opposition parties like the BJP, JJP, INLD and the BSP, these leaders were criticising the Congress. He was in the village to participate in Satta Parivartan Programme of party workers.

Commenting on Jan Aashirwad Yatra of Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Tanwar remarked that there was neither “janta” in the yatra nor was anyone giving “aashirwad” to Khattar. He also said that the Chautala clan would never unite and if at all they united, it would hardly have any political impact in the state.
