Transport Dept initiates online transfer policy

The Haryana State Transport Department has initiated the process of implementing Online Transfer Policy 2018 for drivers, conductors, sub-inspectors, inspectors and clerks.

While stating this here today, a spokesman of the department said that cadre-wise sanctioned, filled or vacant posts have been indicated after rationalisation of these posts on www.hkcl.in/onlinetransfer.

All the employees of these cadres are required to exercise their option online for online transfer at www.hkcl.in/onlinetransfer. He said that their request for transfer to a particular station or depot would be considered on the basis of their preferences indicated online as per marks on the basis of criteria given in the Transfer Policy depending upon the actual or deemed number of vacancies. Henceforth, transfers would be affected purely on merit basis as per the online Transfer Policy.

He said that General Managers concerned of Haryana Roadways depot would provide all employees of these cadres their individual login ID and password with effect from December 24 to 29. The employees of depots would be required to give an undertaking that the data filled on the portal is correct during the period from December 31, 2018 to January 7, 2019.

All employees in these cadres would give their preferences for stations or depots for transfer with effect from January 8, 2019 to January 16, 2019. On the basis of the collected data, provisional and actual allocations of stations or depots would be made from January 17, 2019 to January 25, 2019.

All employees falling under the mentioned cadres would participate in the transfer drive to ensure objectivity, transparency and fairness in the transfer policy, he added.
