2 Cong councillors join BJP

Kullu, December 26

Two Congress councillors of the Manali Municipal Committee, Nina Thakur (Ward No. 6) and Anita Sood (Ward No. 2), have joined the BJP.

Earlier, there were five Congress councillors and two BJP councillors.

With two more joining the BJP, party councillors have submitted a resolution related to a no-confidence motion to the Manali SDM to change the president and the vice-president of the MC. — OC
