Chamba doctor gets ‘Pride of India’ award

Chamba, August 6
Paediatrician Vishal Mahajan of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Government Medical College (PJNGMC), Chamba, has been chosen for the ‘Pride of India’ Award by the International Publishing House, New Delhi, in recognition of his exceptional caliber and outstanding performance in his area of activity.
GM Singh, executive director of International Publishing House, in his letter has stated that Dr Mahajan deserves appreciation of high order while serving the humanity, especially the children of the backward district of Chamba.
The award will be a citation and be sent by post.
The International Publishing House is also honouring the most outstanding politicians and cine stars with the maiden series of the “Pride of India Award” for their spectacular performance.
