The Himachal Tourism Development Corporation participated in a three-day food  festival in Ahmedabad  from  December 21 to 23 to popularise Himachali cuisine among Gujarat people.

 MD, HPTDC, Kumud Singh said Himachali food, including chana rantha and rice, sepu vadi and rice, rajmash madra and rice, jhol( starter), siddu, rongi, khatta kaddu, chana madra, telia mash, masoor dal and famous snacks of chana bhatura, indrae, pahari pakora were served during the festival. 

The dishes were appreciated by the visitors.  She said the aim was to attract tourist to the state.
