SHIMLA: Now, village-level entrepreneurs can deposit electricity bills through Lok Mitra Kendra Portal. There are 1,938 Lok Mitra Kendras and common service centres in the state, which are providing electricity bill paying service, a spokesperson for Information Technology Department said here on Tuesday. He said there were some issues regarding payment of electricity bill through Lok Mitra Kendra Portal, which had been resolved. From now on, the village-level entrepreneurs can deposit electricity bill through the portal, which will help citizens, especially at the village level. TNS
