Nalagarh girl scores 95.8%

Students of Doon Valley Public School, Nalagarh, excelled in Class X exams, the results of which were declared by the CBSE on Monday.

Sneha Sinha emerged as the topper with 95.80 per cent, followed by Mehak Verma 95.60 per cent and Drishti and Shaswat Jain 94.60 per cent. As many as 17 students have scored more than 90 per cent and 37 more than 80 per cent marks.

Shaswat Jain scored 100 marks in mathematics, Sneha Sinha 99 in Hindi, Isha, Rupali Jain and Mehak Verma scored 98 marks in social sciences, Anushka scored 97 in English and Mehak Verma scored 97 marks in science.

School Chairman Rajeev Sharma and Principal Devendera Mahal extended their best wishes to the students.

In Army Public School, Dagshai, Deepali Singh secured the first position with 95.7 per cent, followed by Abhishek Shoren 95.5 per cent.
