Probe sought into man’s death

A delegation of villagers of Sungal which met DC Sudesh Mokhta on Monday, sought a fresh probe into the mysterious death of Vijay Abrol.

Meenakshi, widow of deceased Vijay Abrol, who was leading the delegation, submitted a memorandum to the DC demanding investigation into the death of her husband whose body with his vehicle was found in a rift on the Saho-Kuraina road on August 25. — OC

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
