A top IPS official was asked to leave the examination centre by the invigilator near Kochi today after he allegedly tried to cheat during the LLM examination.

Inspector General Thrissur range TJ Jose, however, rejected the charge after television channels in the state aired the story in a big way. Kerala police sources said Northern Region ADGP Shankar Reddy will investigate the matter.
