Telly Tale: Amardeep Jha

Word doing the round is that Amardeep Jha, who is noted for starring in films like 3 Idiots and Murder 2, will next be seen in a special avatar on the TV show Sumit Sambhal Lega. Amardeep is likely to play the role of Santoshi dadi, who will create confusion in the show. Talking about her experience, Amardeep added that it was fun shooting for the show, as she got to mix around and interact with TV actors Satish Kaushik and Bharti Achrekar, with whom she has worked for the first time.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
