Bella is back

Bella Thorne, star of the hit TV show Scream, is getting her own show on ABC Family. This bit of news comes as joyous for two sets of people — the Bella Thorne fans and fans of Pretty Little Liars. The second set of people will be delighted because the Pretty Little Liars creator just received a formal pilot order for drama series Famous In Love. The drama is based on Rebecca Serle's novel by the same name (she's co-writing the series with Marlene), and centres on Paige (Bella), an ordinary college student who gets her big break after auditioning for the starring role in a Hollywood blockbuster. She must now navigate her new star-studded life and undeniable chemistry with her two co-leads while uncovering the truth about what happened to a famous missing pop star. Bella shared the news with fans Wednesday, writing, "Excited for this!" alongside a shot of the Hollywood Reporter's article about it. The network is not only set to produce the Bella-led drama but also recently green lit a Nicki Minaj-produced comedy based on the rapper's life.
