Sajid Khan and Riteish Deshmukh are back together as hosts for Zee TV’s chat show Yaaron Ki Baraat. Sajid talks about the show and more.

What is the concept of the show?

The concept of Yaaron Ki Baraat is very unique. Each one of us has a best friend and celebrities are no exception. The show is all about celebrating the bond of friendship! So Riteish and I will be calling these best friends over for a fun, free-wheeling conversation.

Who all will be part of the guest-list?

Parineeti Chopra and Sania Mirza have shot with us already. For the rest, you will have to watch the show!

What is your take on friendships within the film fraternity?

It is a myth that people in the industry cannot be friends. I have some very close friends from the industry like Sajid Nadiadwala, Riteish and Akshay Kumar. These friends have stood by me through thick and thin.

Who came up with the title ‘Yaaron Ki Baraat’?

It was Riteish. In fact, I keep telling him that he has this creative streak. He should be directing a film. I hope he will do that some day.
