Buddy Project and Ishqbaaz are quite distinctly different shows. Right?
The Buddy Project was targeted more towards the youth of today and hence was different. In Ishqbaaaz I play a mature adult who is a sculptor by profession.
What is unique about Ishqbaaz?
The story is like a breath of fresh air amidst the female-dominated shows. The overall plot of the show is very interesting.
How are you preparing to be like Omkara, your character?
Omkara is a sculptor who spends most of his time in solitude, cut off from the world. He is an introvert and it is often said that his idols understand him more than the humans around him. So, I would also seclude myself in my room and be alone for a couple of hours to perform the role well.
What is the philosophy that you live by?
