Versatile actress Riddhi Dogra is earning rave reviews for her portrayal of the ever-so-evil Nisha, who is the sole reason behind all the troubles in her husband Aditya’s (played by Ssudeep Sahir) life on Zee TV’s latest primetime show Woh…Apna Sa. The actress isn’t only a dedicated performer, but also a fitness fanatic.

Riddhi says, “Fitness is very important not just to look good, but feel good too. The chemicals that our body releases during a workout are important to keep you happy and bright, which makes you more active and less lethargic. The pain which I feel during and post workout makes the workout worth it. Workout brings with it added benefits of glowing skin, agility and all round health.” She adds, “When you are working out, you automatically adopt healthier habits and look after yourself. I love working out and constantly challenge myself physically. Additionally, no matter what, I make sure that I stick to normal home-cooked Indian food. I would advise everybody to start with any form of workout.”
