Directed by debutant Japinder Kaur and written by Manu Rishi, Dilliwaali Zaalim Girlfriend is an upcoming comedy film with thriller elements. The film stars Pyar Ka Panchnama and Ekkees Topon Ki Salami fame Divyendu Sharma and Prachee Mishra, a former Miss India finalist, in the lead roles. Jackie Shroff plays a colourful, fun-loving and light-hearted ‘baddie’ character. The film also has Pradhuman Singh of Tere Bin Laden fame and Ira Dubey in supporting roles. Dilliwaali Zaalim Girlfriend is the story of a young man who is in search of true love and ends up with one of Dilli’s zaalim girl played by Prachee Mishra.
