Mysterious blast at house in Gangyal

Jammu: A mysterious blast at a house in Pushpukar Colony of Jammu on Thursday night created panic in the area. The house suffered damage in the explosion. The house belongs to Ajay Kumar, who along with other three members of his family is behind bars in the murder of gangster Sunny Charak. The police said they were investigating the case but had not made any arrests yet. Sources, however, told The Tribune that it may be an act of revenge. “Some close friends of Sunny Charak, a gangster who was killed in October this year, might have set the house on fire after which an LPG cylinder in the house burst into flames and caused the explosion,” said the source. The police said the house was locked at the time of the incident.TNS
