Outside most of the important buildings, especially hospitals, no-horn signboards have been installed, but drivers seldom obey the rules. Civic sense among people is missing, but law enforcement agencies too are lenient. There is a need for making people aware of their duties, so that they follow the rules. The administration should take some initiative.

Rajinder Bazaar is the oldest and most historic market in the city, but it has now become so congested that even walking through it is impossible. Hundreds of vehicles are parked alongside the road there. The government should take some steps and build a multi-level parking or totally ban parking of vehicles in the market. — Vimlesh Kumar, Dogra Hall

Is a civic issue bothering you? Are you agitated over the lack of concern? Is there something heartening that you feel needs to be highlighted? Or a picture which in your opinion ought to be seen by many, and not just you?
