Ex-Information Director Ghulam Ali dead

Former Director, Information and Public Relations, Bakshi Ghulam Ali (in pic) passed away here this morning.
Chief Minister Mufti Sayeed expressed grief over the death of Ghulam Ali.
Mufti spoke highly about the Ghulam Ali and expressed sympathy with the bereaved family. He also prayed for peace to the departed soul.
Minister for Education Naeem Akhter recalled Ghulam Ali’s contribution to the Department of Information. He said Ali was a thorough gentleman and rose from the ranks to head the Information Department.
Director General, Information and Public Relations, Zaffar Ahmad Bhat in a condolence meeting held at the Directorate of Information & PR recalled the contribution of the former official in making the department a professional organisation.
Two-minute silence was also observed to pay respect to the departed soul by the staff members of the department.
