Freshers’ party

PCM SD Collegiate Senior Secondary Girls School, Jalandhar under PCM SD College, organised a Fresher’s party to welcome the students of the SSC I in which Gunica of 10+1 won the title of ‘Ms Fresher 2017’. Principal Dr Kiran Arora was the chief guest of the function. A colourful cultural programme was presented which consisted of folk song, folk dances and modelling competition. The result of the modelling competition was as follows  -  ‘Ms Gorgeous’ – Shreya, ‘Ms Elegant’ –Monica, ‘Best Hairstyle’ –Tanya Dhir. Principal Dr Kiran Arora inspired the new comers to excel in their field of choice and work diligently and high moral values of life.

UCMAS competition 

Two students, Dhruv Sharma of class IX and Suryansh of class IV brought laurels for Seth Hukam Chand SD Public Sr Sec School, Sangal Sohal, Kapurthala Road, Jalandhar. The students showcased their intellectual ability and talent. The competition (UCMAS) was organised by Holistic Brain Education Private Limited for Punjab and Haryana. In this competition Dhruv who was the first runners up and Suryansh won the 31st Brain O Brain competition held at Tyagraj stadium, New Delhi. School principal Priyanka Sharma congratulated the winners for their achievements and extended her best wishes for their bright future.
