‘Imbibe teachings of Baba Sain Bhagat in real life’

Vikramjit Singh Chaudhary, General Secretary, Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC), visited the holy shrine of Baba Sain Bhagat Ji in Pratapura Punjab. Chaudhary highlighted the sagacious personality traits of Baba Sain Ji. His reverential teachings have also been incorporated in Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

Chaudhary emphasised that we all must follow the preachings of Baba Sain Bhagat Ji. He said that Baba Sain Bhagat Ji denounced the rituals and worked towards abolishing casteism and promoting the belief in one god, practice divine name and meditate with devotional fervour for scholastic enlightenment.

Chaudhary acknowledged the completion of public works, for instance road connectivity of Gurdwara Sahib before Salana Mela by Capt Amarinder Singh’s Government; also the optimal utilisation of the grant of Rs 5 lakh announced by Jalandhar MP Santokh Singh Chaudhary for the construction of washrooms in the vicinity. — OC
