Arora, who aspires to clear the UPSC exams, said it was not that she started studying right before the exams. “It’s a constant hard work and consistency in reading that resulted in 99 per cent marks. I used to study for three-four hours a day,” she said.

She added that she never strained herself and never let any day go without studying.

Abheya did self-study and never took any tuition. However, there was a little concern for her before the results. “As English is a low- scoring subject in the ICSE , it was my big concern on whether I would be able to get enough marks,” she added. But excitedly she added that she scored 96 marks in English which was making her nervous.

Asked if she was partying today, Arora said she was having her exams starting from tomorrow for XI exams which was why she was not able to do party today.

“I would have gone outside and enjoy but my exams are starting tomorrow, so I would like to restrict myself,” Arora.

An artist by nature, she likes to paint and draw, Arora said mathematics was her favourite subject as it was more of a logical subject than theoretical.
