Member of Parliament from Jalandhar Santokh Singh Chaudhary said on Sunday that Capt Amarinder Singh-led government was working towards creating a healthy Punjab. To achieve this goal, Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojana, covering about half a crore families and 75 per cent population of the state has been launched.
He was distributing 250 E-Insurance card under Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojna that covered cashless health insurance of five lakh per family per year various diseases at 24 hospitals of Jalandhar district.
Chaudhary said: “Our government is completely devoted to provide the good and low-cost medical facilities to people, especially to poor.
