Catching up with their teachers after four decades, the alumni batch (1968-71) of BSF School, Jalandhar, organised a felicitation ceremony, ‘Garv Reunion’, for them.

The evening was high on emotions as the teachers and students met each other after a gap of over 45 years and had much to share and reminisce. Each well placed in his respective life, the alumni found each other through various modes of new-age technology and decided to surprise their teachers by organising a felicitation dinner for them. The students, including Vijay Sharma, Pardeep Sandal, Parmod Sharma, JV Yadav and others honoured their teachers VP Bansal, RS Banga, Y Nagar, SB Paliwal and Kartar Singh. The evening also saw spouses and families of the teachers and students join in the celebrations.
