Power utility sets up 24x7 control room for consumers

In order to address power related issues of farmers during paddy sowing, the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has set up a 24x7 control room at divisional offices as well as at its head office in Patiala.
The PSPCL issued an advisory and stated that they had set up a 24x7 control room for convenience of farmers and other consumers at the divisional level.
Residents can register their billing or any power related complaint either by contacting the divisional office of the PSPCL or by dialing 1912.
The advisory further reads that in case consumers face any problem while registering complaints or if the staff denies registering their complaints, they can contact the Chief Engineer of their respective zonal office.
Other then complaint number 1912, the PSPCL Jalandhar divisional office has also released contact numbers of its sub-divisional offices situated at Model Town, East Division, West Division, Phagwara, Goraya and Nakodar.
The department also shared its social media handles as well.
