Under Samarpan-2, portable smart class rooms would be set up in 148 centers, through which around 1,700 schools will be covered in the district. He said laptops, projectors and speakers had also been included in the portable smart class room kit so that the children of government schools could study in a modern way. Also upper primary schools will also be given green boards to replace the black boards.

In addition to this, under the Samarpan-2, it will be ensured that mid-day meal workers wear aprons, gloves and caps so that hygienic food could be ensured for the students.
