Sandwich decoration contest

Jalandhar: An event, sandwich decoration competition, was organised for the children of KG II of InnoKids pre primary wing of Innocent Hearts School - GMT, Loharan and Cantt Jandiala Road. Students made Teddy Bear, butterfly, fish, cart, train, garden green, huts and other items. Director principal Dheeraj Banati congratulated the winners and wished them good luck. TNS

Cricket tourney

Jalandhar: Defending their winning title, CT Public School  once again won the Champions’ Trophy of the Sardarni Manjit Kaur Memorial Cricket Tournament for the fifth consecutive year. The runner-up trophy was won by SA Jain Senior Secondary School, Ambala. The five-day tournament was organised by CT Public School at the Shahpur Campus.  The chief guest of the closing ceremony was Rakesh Rathore, ex-mayor and vice-president Punjab Cricket Association. He was accompanied by chairman, CT Group of Institutions, Charanjit S Channi, vice-chairman Harpreet Singh, managing director Manbir Singh and vice-principal of CT Public School, Ved Vrat Plah.
