20 IAS, KAS officers transferred

The state government on Tuesday ordered transfers and postings of 20 IAS and KAS officers with immediate effect.
Those transferred include Budgam Deputy Commissioner (DC) Syed Sehrish Asgar, who has been transferred and posted as Director, Information, J&K, replacing Gulzar Ahmad Dar, KAS, who shall await orders of adjustment in the general administration department.
The government also ordered the transfer of Samba DC Sushma Chauhan, who has been posted as Jammu DC, replacing Ramesh Kumar who has been posted as Additional Secretary to the industries and commerce department. Leh DC Avny Lavasa has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency, relieving Vikas Kundal, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Metropolitan Regulatory Authority, Srinagar of the additional charge of the post.
Shopian DC Owais Ahmed has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, JAKEDA. Sachin Kumar Vaishy, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh, has been as Leh DC. Choudhary Mohammad Yasin, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, has been transferred and posted as Shopian DC. Rehana Batul, KAS, managing director, JKTDC, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Social Welfare, Jammu, while Nazim Zai Khan, Special Secretary to the finance department, has been posted as Ramban DC.
Rohit Khajuria, Special Secretary in the Summer Secretariat, has been transferred and posted as Samba DC, while Arvind Sharma, Chief Executive Officer, JAKEDA, has been posted as Special Secretary to the revenue department. Tariq Hussain Ganai, Director, Estates, has been posted as Budgam DC, while Ramban DC Showkat Aijaz Bhat has been posted as Kulgam DC. Bhat replaced Shamim Ahmad who has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the finance department. Asgar Hussain, awaiting orders, has been posted as managing director, JKTDC, while Bharat Bushan, Director, Social Welfare, Jammu, has been posted as managing director, J&K SC, ST and OBC Development Corporation, replacing Ravinder Kumar Bhat.
Rakesh Kumar Srangal, Additional Chief Electoral Officer in the office of Chief Electoral Officer, J&K, has been posted as Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu. Kuldeep Krishan Sidha, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, holding additional charge of Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organisation (Migrants), Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organisation (Migrants), Kashmir, on full-time basis.
Syed Hanief Balkhi, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Gulmarg, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar. Balkhi has been replaced by Inam-ul-Haq Sidiqui, Additional Secretary in the Grievance Cell. Des Raj Bhagat, Additional Secretary in the Service Grievance Secretariat, shall also function as Additional Secretary in the Grievance Cell. — TNS
