Srinagar, June 28
The Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Kulgam, has been appointed to conduct a magisterial probe into the mysterious blast at Chadder village in Kulgam on Thursday. He is also the inquiry officer in the case.
An official spokesman said those acquainted with the facts of the incident and desirous to record their statements had been asked to appear before the inquiry officer from June 28 to July 3.
The statements are being recorded at the Additional District Magistrate’s office in the mini secretariat, Kulgam, the spokesman said.
One person was killed and two others were injured in the mysterious blast that took place after some explosive material went off at a scrap shop in the village on Thursday.
