In the absence of traffic lights and heavy rush of vehicles, which is a routine affair, the manhole is a death trap. Civic authorities are not doing anything about it. The Patel Market, Raghunath Bazaar, Kanak Mandi and Purani Mandi are some of the oldest markets in Jammu and major commercial hub but dogs have invaded these areas. They are roaming freely and at times attack shoppers. What is the JMC doing?
