Captain killed in road accident

Jammu: An Army Captain was killed while another officer was injured when their vehicle rammed into an electricity pole on the outskirts of Jammu city on Thursday morning. The injured officers have been identified as Captain Rakshit and Lt Ranvijay Singh. Their SUV hit the pole at Akalpur Morh. Captain Rakshit succumbed to his injuries at a hospital, the police said. The body has been handed over to the Army after a post-mortem. PTI
