It’s a flood of expensive dates!
As the fasting month of Ramadan has started, dates of various types have flooded markets in the Kashmir valley. There was a time when only cheaper varieties of dates would be available in the Valley. However, now expensive varieties of the desert fruit costing around Rs 2,000 per kg are also finding a number of buyers. Weighing course options
With the CBSE and the JKBOSE declaring the results of Class XII, students are visiting colleges and universities in and outside the state to gather information about various courses. Earlier, medical and engineering used to be the top priorities of the students. However, now many more options such as job-oriented courses are available at higher educational institutes in the state.
