A fitness event was organised at Jodhamal Public School Auditorium here on Sunday. The programme, ‘Nirvana’, was focused on detoxification of the body and mind.

A workshop was conducted under the renowned master trainer Neha Saxena Bagga.

The event was concentrated on pilates and yoga exercises to tone up, stretch and detox the body. It was hosted by Aarti Mahajan Dingra and Manik Dingra.

Speaking on the occasion, Neha said, “the Niravana programme is very beneficial for people who have stress-related health problems, such as obesity, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, depression, gastrointestinal problems and asthma.”
