Laparoscopic surgeon to chair scientific session in Dubai

Srinagar, November 12

Noted laparoscopic surgeon and assistant professor with Government Medical College Dr Mushtaq Chalkoo would chair a scientific session in the 9th International Congress of the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASICON) to be held at Dubai from November 14 to 16.

An official handout from the AMASICON -2014 said Chalkoo’s abstract titled “The significance of Chalkoo’s point in laparoscopic” was approved by them.

Chalkoo would chair a session on gallbladder.

He was recently listed in the world’s prestigious Marquis “World’s Who’s Who, a chronicle of human achievements” in its 32nd edition. Chalkoo is internationally recognised for his innovations and techniques in the field of laparoscopy and minimal access surgery.
