The French Club in association with Team Jammu on Sunday felicitated entrepreneurs and local personalities.
Former minister and BJP leader Sham Lal Sharma, who was chief guest on the occasion, said the local youth had enormous talent, but they required exposure across the country.
“It is our duty to make efforts to give exposure to the talent of these youth across the country, besides we all should work towards promoting our culture and Dogri language,” said Sham Lal.
“Most of the people feel shy of using the Dogri language in their day-to-day living. We should make efforts to promote our culture and converse as far as possible with each other in Dogri,” he said.
