Olympiad winners felicitated at APS

Udhampur, August 20

Army Public School, Dhar Road, honoured winners of the second level of International English Olympiad, International Math Olympiad ,National Science Olympiad and National Cyber Olympiad conducted by the Science Olympiad Foundation with trophies and medals at a ceremony held on the school campus here today.

Amika Rustagi of Class V brought laurels to the school by bagging the first position in the International English Olympiad at the zonal level. She was awarded with a trophy, a gold medal and a cheque worth Rs 5,000 for International English Olympiad and Rs 5,000 for the National Science Olympiad, bronze medal for the National Cyber Olympiad. Rustagi was also awarded with an Academic Excellence Scholarship for outstanding all-round performance in SOF exams.

Ryan Sharma of Class II stood sixth in the National Cyber Olympiad and seventh in the International Math Olympiad. Other achievers were Pranav Singh, Mridul Malgotra, Nidhi Yadav, Pranay, Anshuman Singh and Yash Sinha. — OC
