During the talk, it was emphasised that employment was a major concern for the youth and thus, eligible and aspiring boys should participate in various recruitment rallies being conducted by the agencies of defence services, paramilitary forces and the police.

The talk was attended by a large number of students of Rajouri and adjoining areas. Participants were made aware of physical and educational requirements and the selection process for various types of entries into services.
