A workation for DeepVeer

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have been extremely busy after their wedding which took place almost half-a-year back. While Deepika is currently tied up with shooting for Chhapaak, brand endorsements, international public appearances, on the other hand, Ranveer has been training intensely for the Kapil Dev’s biopic ‘83.

Reportedly, after the completion of his Dharamshala and Chandigarh schedules, the actor is slated to leave for London on May 23 for a crucial schedule at the world famous Lords stadium. Now, it is believed that Deepika will join him at London for a nice summer getaway. It is expected that the London sequence has been planned over a long three month extensive schedule. It is reported to be the movie’s most interesting, challenging and crucial bit of the film when Kapil and boys lifted the World Cup in 1983, creating history. Post ’83, the actor will be seen in Karan Johar’s Takht, which has an ensemble cast, including Kareena Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Alia Bhatt. Deepika is currently acting and producing Chhapaak, which is based on the acid attack victim survivor Laxmi Agarwal.
