As a female medic in the British Army, Georgie Lane’s life is full of battles–both physical and personal. The story of Georgie will be brought alive on television screen in the series, Our Girl, which is set to air on Zee Café from September 25.

The story revolves around a fighter girl, who is determined to prove her merit and might as she moves mountains with her extraordinary adventures in the British Army. Our Girl rightly depicts the challenges of the battlefield with Lance Corporal Georgie Lane at the forefront.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
