After brother Tushar, Ekta Kapoor welcomes her first child via surrogacy

Following in her brother’s footsteps, filmmaker and TV producer Ekta Kapoor is blessed with a baby boy via surrogacy on January 27.  

Ekta has officially joined the list of single mothers. She will bring the baby home soon. However, she hasn’t shared the news on social media.

She was inspired by younger brother, Tushar Kapoor, who become a father three years ago to a baby boy via surrogacy, who was named Laksshya.

Ekta has a close bond with Laksshya and often shares her pictures with him on social media.

Tushar and Ekta, who are not married, are the children of veteran actor Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor.

Ekta has produced several films like ‘Veere Di Wedding’ and ‘Laila Majnu’.

Ekta’s latest television series is ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’, the show that has already become a favourite with the audience.
