Come Christmas and Deep Money will launch his very ambitious single, Zeher. A collaboration with rapper Bohemia, this Delhi-based singer is ecstatic about his new song and he is touting it to be the next party anthem.

The journey

It’s about time that one repeats the Dope Shope feat. So, here’s Zeher. Bohemia is a one awe-inspiring artiste and it was a breeze working with him. The result that you would be able to see and feel; its one number that’s going to do wonders.

Towards Bollywood

While Delhi remains my base, I have been spending most of my time in Mumbai. I am working with Meet Brothers, Shruti Patahak, Neha Bhasin and whole lot of Bollywood playback A-listers. Come January and you will hear many of my tracks.

Punjab to pan India

While Punjabi music industry has its own steady following, Bollywood is entirely a different game. For any artiste, a song in Hindi films take him/her pan India connecting right from North to South, for such is industry’s reach and appeal.

Singing is priority 

No, acting is not on my mind at the moment. I am happy honing my skills with constant riyaaz, not to let go of my classical training. And, I want to earn my name as a Bollywood playback singer before I try out acting.

Sufi can wait 

Yes, semi-classical or Sufi is something that’s at the back of my mind and I would eventually do it. But at the moment my current target audience is the youth who is into foot-tapping party numbers. 

Too much, too soon 

Going by the number of hits the Punjabi music industry is generating, one can say it is going strong. But like lakhs of hits in one hour, crores next, I very much doubt if the numbers are fudged. A new single out almost every day, it sure is generating lot of work and interest.

Socially active 

Since most of my listeners dwell on virtual platforms, I have to have an active social media presence. Work is important, as important it is to reach out to the audience.
